Through its platform, ChannelAdvisor enable its customers to connect with new and existing sources of demand for their products, including e-commerce marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, Newegg and Sears, search engines and comparison shopping websites, such as Google, Microsoft’s Bing, and Nextag, and emerging channels, such as Facebook and Pinterest. ChannelAdvisor suite of solutions, accessed through a standard web browser, provides its customers with a single, integrated user interface to manage their product listings, inventory availability, pricing optimization, search terms, data analytics and other critical functions across these channels.

 

In April 2016, ChannelAdvisor announced its 2016 Spring Release. The new ChannelAdvisor products and features included in the release provide brands and retailers with technology to put their e-commerce strategies in focus, including new Buy Local and Product Intelligence offerings for brands, Digital Marketing Benchmarking, improved Amazon Insights and a new Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Dashboard.

 

In 2015, its 2,900 core customers processed $6.8 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) through its platform. As of December 31, 2015, it supported over 50 marketplaces, up from over 40 at December 31, 2014.
