In October 2021, ChannelAdvisor Adds Solutions to Use with Amazon Local Selling, Helping Sellers Grow Their Businesses. Amazon is among more than 200 selling channels integrated with ChannelAdvisor's robust platform, enabling brands and retailers to reach consumers worldwide. ChannelAdvisor's platform includes powerful automation capabilities that offer brands and retailers a competitive edge, helping streamline operations, improve inventory and order management, and boost product visibility across marketplaces, search engines, retail and social sites.
In November 2018, ChannelAdvisor made a data sharing agreement with NPD Group, a market information company that provides data, industry expertise, and prescriptive analytics for more than 20 industries. The channels in which their solutions are integrated have no obligation to do business with Channel Advisor and can stop at any time. The clients can at any time terminate their relationships with Channel Advisors which could significantly reduce their revenue.
ChannelAdvisor incurred net losses of $16.6 million and $8.0 million during the years ended December 31, 2017, and 2016, respectively, and had an accumulated deficit of $180.1 million as of December 31, 2017.
