Clarabridge 6.1 simplified the products offerings by combining collaboration and engagement capabilities into one easy-to-use application, Clarabridge Act, giving companies an even easier way to monitor customer experience.

 

Additionally, the company launched Clarabridge Go, a mobile application that gives companies the power of Clarabridge anywhere, anytime.

 

In September 2014, Clarabridge announced Clarabridge Speech, enterprise-grade speech-to-insights solution. This was made possible through a strategic partnership with Voci, the world leader in hardware-accelerated speech recognition technology. With this new offering, Clarabridge adds advanced speech analytics capabilities to its robust voice of the customer analytics portfolio. Businesses are now even more empowered to harness any and all available sources of customer feedback, including multiple survey types, contact center agent notes, social media, chat, voice, email, warranty notes, and much more.

 

In February 2015, Clarabridge announced over 50% year-over-year bookings growth in 2014 - a record for the company. The software provider, who already serves customers like ADP, Verizon, Rackspace, and Orbitz, more than doubled its acquisition of new customers in 2014 vs. 2013, resulting in a total of 450 major brands served. These new customers included Belk in North America, Virgin Active in Europe, CIRSA in Spain and Latin America, and more.

 

Additionally, the company also expanded its international presence, with offices in Singapore and Barcelona.

 

In June 2015, Clarabridge announced the latest release to its customer intelligence platform. Clarabridge 7 is designed from the ground up to empower various teams throughout an enterprise to collect, distill actionable insights, and instantly view, collaborate and act on omni-channel customer feedback data. Clarabridge 7 helps businesses operationalize their customer insights and create a customer-centric culture of accountability, with each team understanding and more fully realizing their role in delivering a superior customer experience.
