In March 2020, NTT Ltd., the technology services provider launched its new Cloud Communications division, its center of excellence in provisioning cloud communications solutions. Previously known as Arkadin, the Cloud Communications division is a critical part of delivering on NTT’s Intelligent Workplace solutions. The division will continue to act as a trusted advisor to organizations looking to accelerate modern collaboration within their workplace, which in the recent climate is more important than ever. The Cloud Communications division will continue to work closely with its fully owned subsidiary, Applicable Limited, a leading provider of Cloud Unified Communications and enterprise voice services with offices in Bristol (UK), Brisbane (AUS) and Houston (USA).

Arkadin published the addition of Cisco SparkTM and Cisco Cloud Connected Audio – Service Provider (CCA-SP) to its market-leading solutions. The services are integrated with Arkadin’s PSTN audio for a complete meeting experience. A Cisco WebEx TM sales and service partner since 2001, Arkadin is one of the few partners to implement these services on a worldwide basis.

In August 2017, Arkadin and Unify Square have entered into a partnership to further accelerate the global adoption of Skype for Business. Arkadin also extended this offering to on-premise Skype for Business deployments by harnessing the same global platforms with PowerSuite software and cloud managed services.
