In November 2021, ECRS achieved a milestone of reaching 1,000 retail locations that are using its Gateway Supplier Platform as a direct connection to their suppliers, allowing them to move items through the supply chain efficiently and with precision. There were also new enhancements to the ECRS Gateway platform including the automation of TPR, promotional pricing, and item maintenance files for Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG) customers and Fintech alcohol management invoice processing. They also introduced an integration for electronic shelf labels (ESL) and a labor resource management program.
