The first one was in May 2017 when ERT acquired ImageIQ, originally established as Cleveland Clinic’s Biomedical Imaging and Analysis Center. The acquisition enables ERT to offer advanced, end-to-end clinical trial imaging analysis using best-in-class technology that delivers compliant data for use in clinical development.
The second one was in September 2017 when ERT acquired Biomedical Systems, a provider of reliable imaging as well as cardiac safety and respiratory data collection solutions. The acquisition of Biomedical Systems enables ERT to further expand its ability to reduce customer risk and uncertainty when imaging, cardiac safety and respiratory data collection are required.
The third one was in December 2017 when ERT acquired iCardiac Technologies, a provider of centralized cardiac safety and respiratory solutions that accelerate clinical research.
Its acquisition of Boston-based PHT Corporation (PHT) in 2015 boosted ERT's patient-driven mobile apps for improved clinical research.
