Fraedom Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions

In September 2018, Fraedom has partnered with the UMB Financial Corporation that will enable UMB to develop a “full suite of card services”. In the first phase of the partnership, the two companies will work together to migrate UMB’s existing commercial card customers from two separate legacy systems onto Fraedom’s own platform. Highlighting the broader implications of the partnership and the benefits banks can achieve from adopting a fintech-focused approach, this partnership is a great example of the way banks can differentiate their services and stay competitive in the face of ever-evolving market demands.

Subsequent phases of the partnership will focus on continuing to focus on elevating user experience and delivering upon use. The two companies already have plans to develop and launch a new mobile app, targeting a launch among UMB’s existing customers in 2019 to create a mobile first user experience that will complement the existing browser-based platform.

Fraedom Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI

Fraedom partnered with Ingogo, the award-winning mobile-based Australian taxi booking solution. The new partnership enables Ingogo travelers to automatically expense their trips when traveling for work, seamlessly uploading Ingogo receipts to Fraedom for easy expense tracking and reimbursement. The setup is quick and easy, with Ingogo customers simply selecting Fraedom as their expense provider when creating their Ingogo account.

Company administrators can start an Ingogo business account and invite the entire team to easily monitor ride expenses and, at the company’s discretion, the integration equally supports individually or centrally reconciled payment approaches. The goal of this partnership is the touchless transaction, where the customers don’t need to think about expenses and can focus on their business. Ingogo provides simple and effortless solutions for businesses and their employees, designed to reduce costs.
