In October 2017, Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories unveiled general availability of version 6.3.1 of its CallPath product. Genesys acquired the CallPath activities from IBM in May of 2001.

 

CallPath version 6.3.1 includes improved support for Nortel Symposium customers using the Symposium call center server 4.0 Meridian link services. Additionally, the new version will enable enhanced support for Asian markets, including HuaWei switches support and localization for the Japanese market.

 

In March 2018, Genesys unified AppFoundry marketplace that incorporates integrations for its entire portfolio, including the PureEngag, PureConnect and PureCloud platforms. The new Genesys AppFoundry makes it simpler for businesses to quickly gain value from the industry's highest caliber of cloud and on-premises customer experience solutions available in one comprehensive marketplace.
