In February 2015, FrontRange and Lumension merged to form HEAT Software specializing in Hybrid Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management software solutions for organizations of all sizes. HEAT Software is known for its Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management software deployed on-premise and in the cloud. HEAT Cloud solutions deliver proven Service Management capabilities on a multi-tenant platform.

 

In May 2015, HEAT Software announced the latest major release of its HEAT Service Management solution. HEAT 2015.1 provides IT service desks with a wide range of new availability metrics, business analytics, search functions and upgraded UI broadens service management capabilities. HEAT Cloud Capabilities include: HEAT Help Desk, HEAT Service Management, HEAT Self Service, HEAT Service Catalog, HEAT Discovery, HEAT Voice Automation, HEAT Mobile Field Service and HEAT Social Business Management.

 

In January 2016, HEAT Software announced the launch of HEAT MSP Cloud, a powerful service management solution designed for MSPs serving the mid-market. The HEAT MSP Program delivers all of the resources MSPs need to successfully direct their mid-market customers’ service management efforts. The HEAT MSP Cloud platform is initially available in North America with plans to expand internationally in 2016.

 

In May 2016, HEAT Software, announced the release of HEAT Endpoint Management and Security Suite (EMSS) 8.4. The suite provides defense-in-depth endpoint security, simplified endpoint management, and reduced endpoint total cost of ownership, while offering added protection against targeted attacks.
