Ignite Technologies Recent Developments
In November 2020, Ignite Technologies announced the general availability of Acorn PA5G 2020 to all customers using the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) solution. Delivering on Ignite’s mission of 100% customer success, Ignite has made a significant investment in the new Acorn technology in response to customer feedback and the demands of today’s remote world.
In May 2019, Ignite expanded its FirstRain business intelligence analytics platform with a new lead and account scoring capability to improve targeting of marketing campaigns and accelerate closure of sales leads. The same period Ignite expanded its Olive Software digital publishing platform with new user-generated-content capabilities to increase audience engagement in publications and on websites.
Ignite Technologies Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In 2021 IgniteTech acquired 40 solutions and now exceeds 60 solutions across a wide variety of industries, markets, and functional areas. In October 2021 the company acquired 12 new software solutions from Avolin, a separate business unit within the ESW Capital organization. In August 2021 IgniteTech acquired three new software solutions — BiznessApps, Infinio and School Loop.
In March 2019, Ignite Technologies acquired Synoptos, a media intelligence firm based in Washington DC. Synoptos will operate as Ignite Synoptos Solutions, a key part of the Ignite Technologies family of companies.

Ignite Technologies Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In July 2019, Ignite Technologies added Smart Routines, an HR self-services platform. Smart Routines customers now have access to the company's innovative Ignite Prime program, a one-of-a-kind customer benefit. Earlier at the end of 2017, ESW Capital completed the acquisition of predictive analytics vendor Infer and will be rolling it into Ignite Technologies. Infer offers predictive lead and account scoring.
