Lexmark creates enterprise software, hardware and services that remove the inefficiencies of information silos and disconnected processes. Lexmark Enterprise Software offers an integrated suite of ECM, BPM, DOM/CCM that includes case management, electronic signature, process analytics, information and application integration, intelligent content capture and data extraction, enterprise search software and medical imaging VNA software products and solutions.

 

In February 2016, Lexmark has released ReadSoft Online R8, a cloud-based invoice processing solution designed specifically for accounts payable functions in small and medium businesses. ReadSoft Online integrates with many ERP systems and incorporates business logic with country-specific knowledge to efficiently capture data from vendor invoices.

 

In April 2016, Lexmark announced the availability of Kofax TotalAgility 7.3, the first unified platform delivering omnichannel customer engagement and rapid digital transformation across multiple use cases. Kofax TotalAgility’s integrated capabilities, including mobile, omnichannel capture, process automation, dynamic case management, information integration, customer communications management, electronic signatures, content management and analytics, provide a unique end-to-end solution to achieve digital transformation.
