In June 2020, Peoplefluent released its next-generation enterprise recruiting solution. In December 2018 PeopleFluent Learning has released a new version of NetDimensions LMS, a state-of-the-art learning management system with high-consequence industries in mind. NetDimensions LMS 14.1 includes updates to reporting, notifications, licensing options, and token payment features. The updates offer increased personalization in the user interface and administrative experience to better serve the needs of learning managers, compliance managers, and end-users. These changes include enhanced notifications with a direct link to new sessions to let learners know when the latest courses are available. In March 2020, PeopleFluent’s parent company, Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) acquired all intellectual property and assets relating to Blackboard’s Open LMS platform for $31.7 million (less some customary purchase price adjustments). Following completion of the transaction in approximately four weeks, Open LMS will be invested in as a standalone brand alongside PeopleFluent within LTG’s portfolio of best-in-class businesses. The addition of Open LMS (a Moodle-based SaaS learning management system) offers significant synergies across the Group’s portfolio of businesses, enhancing LTG’s current offering of learning platforms and meeting the needs of existing clients seeking open-source solutions.
In April 2019 PeopleFluent's parent company, Learning Technologies Group has acquired Breezy HR.
