In July 2018 PGi upgraded their GlobalMeet solution with unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) platform which is now available in French, German and Dutch language versions. This allows quicker, more effective team engagement and collaboration across organizations in France, Germany, and the Netherlands, while also meeting the needs of global IT teams. New language versions of GlobalMeet for French, German and Dutch users are available via both desktop and mobile apps and the in-product support chat is also supported by the local language. This release allows users to select from multiple webcams and notifies a GlobalMeet user when the internet connection is poor that they should switch from a VoIP connection to PSTN or mobile access to ensure a crystal-clear voice experience. In addition, the high-quality recording captures video of your meeting, including the meeting panel, chat, and any webcams or screens being shared in the room.
