Prosperoware Recent Developments
In August 2019 Prosperoware presented the availability of Prosperoware Cloud Migrator, iManage Edition for efficiently migrating content from on-premises legal content systems such as iManage, eDocs, Sharepoint file shares plus others to iManage Cloud. With a unique approach for moving content and a super-easy to use interface, Cloud Migrator provides the much-needed tool in the legal industry for either small or large migration projects with reduced effort. With these built-in capabilities, Cloud Migrator provides the prime solution to some of the typical industry’s concerns and challenges of moving content.
In June 2019, Prosperoware presented the availability of its fourth generation client value management platform – Umbria. This version release, now available in the cloud, provides unprecedented flexibility to plan, monitor, manage, alert, and report on matters. Umbria’s planning functionality has been redesigned to support both legal project management (LPM) and pricing functions. With this latest release, Umbria is available either on-premises or in the cloud. With these enhancements, Umbria can now be deployed in just a few days, out of the box. This new pricing and deployment model substantially lowers the initial investment in the platform, allowing firms to quickly assess its value to the firm and its clients.
In May 2018, Prosperoware introduced the availability of the next-generation platform, CAM, for managing all cloud content systems. The first two modules of the CAM platform include CAM Provisioning and CAM ContentMirror for iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office 365 Groups, and Kira Systems. Increasingly, firms and legal departments are leveraging the benefits of moving to cloud (hosted) solutions for various aspects of their operations. Further, IT teams that have relied on SQL to manage, integrate and report on-premises systems lose that in the cloud. These large challenges are solved with the introduction of the next generation CAM platform. CAM is a SaaS offering built on Amazon’s AWS platform, the leading platform with the highest security certification required for SaaS applications in today’s market. CAM will enable complete matter lifecycle management of content in the cloud, from initial provisioning through ultimate disposition, plus security, cost allocation, DR, and business continuity. Today, CAM modules CAM Provisioning and CAM ContentMirror vastly improve how law firms can manage critical client content.
