Act! Cloud brings together the best of contact management and emarketing functionality, helping small businesses get organized, keep track of their most important relationships and send marketing messages to the right people at the right time. The Act! Cloud app is available now for customers in Germany, Spain and Italy and will be available for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Canada in late January.

In May 2015, Swiftpage announced at the Dallas Small Business Expo the all-new Act! subscription plan is available across the Act! portfolio. Swiftpage adds Act! Premium to subscription plan starting at $25 a month, including technical support. The new Act! subscription plan provides customers with a simplified experience, making it easier to receive upgrades and new features as they are developed, with no upfront license costs and the ability to pay as you go. Users that are on the Act! subscription plan will have the ability to connect Act! to other web-based services they already use to run their businesses.

In 2014 Swiftpage, which is the result of Sage's divestitures of its ACT! contact management and Sage SalesLogix applications for CRM, unveiled a beta version of ACT! Cloud in May with planned release later the year. The Cloud release is optimized for mobile devices.

Saleslogix, a customizable customer relationship management software, is being sold for an undisclosed price. Infor will rebrand the Saleslogix CRM product as Infor CRM, adding sales and service functionality to Infor CloudSuite, a group of industry-specific application suites available on Amazon Web Services.
