Dixons Carphone started the digital transformation process from 2016 with an implementation of a new Finance (Blackline), Reporting (Essbase) and Workflow systems. From September 2016 until July 2017 Dixons Carphone finished the implementation of the new ERP system SAP S/4HANA which will be used by 2500 people.
The digital transformation process continued with Human Resources and Payroll operational integration, Implementing SAP Success Factors as the single, system that is secure and supported the integration of Dixons Carphone and creating in-house personalized campaign management capabilities for both Dixons and Carphone by implementing Adobe Creative Cloud and removing 3rd party services.
