Since entering the market with pre-recorded videos, EASYRECRUE has expanded its product suite with online language assessments, live interviews, and a chatbot, among others, to facilitate the work of recruiters and improve the candidate career path. In 2019, the ambition to enhance the talent experience, by bringing these new solutions together onto a single platform for greater performance and simplicity, became a reality.
EASYRECRUE's Talent Experience Platform, is organized around four modules: Engage, Interview, Assess and Develop. Each module tackles key touchpoints between talents and HR teams. The EASYRECRUE platform connects to HR teams usual HRIS, allowing them to optimize the talent experience, for both candidates and employees.
The ENGAGE module attracts and directs candidates to relevant open positions thanks to the chatbot, building shortlists of qualified candidates. Applicants can also be automatically invited to an interview through an online appointment planner. Recruiters save precious time and candidates glide through a seamless experience. The entire pre-selection phase is digitized with the INTERVIEW module, in order to speed up the hiring process while allowing the recruiter to keep full control of her calendar.
The ASSESS module follows the same goal of simplifying processes for both parties. ASSESS provides business and language skills assessment tests that can be taken online, 24/7. Finally, DEVELOP, an internal career management tool to empower employees in their professional development, completes the suite. This module enables HR to optimize learning management systems and workforce planning.

In January 2020, EASYRECRUE simplifies the recruiting process for both recruiters and candidates with its new feature: automated interview scheduling, as part of the INTERVIEW solution.
Scheduling interviews with candidates is often time-consuming for recruiters as it may require several calls and emails to agree on a date. EASYRECRUE puts an end to this with its online interview scheduler. The new feature allows recruiters to directly share their calendars and their availabilities with candidates, letting them choose the slot that suits them best.
Synchronized with professional calendars (Outlook, Gmail...), the online interview scheduling solution allows recruiters to save up to 4.8 hours per week, according to Cronofy. This is time recruiters will be able to spend meeting candidates. Automation benefits humans.

easyRECrue Risks and Challenges
Pre-recorded video interviews are useful, but not perfect, connectivity problems can arise, making it difficult to communicate easily, and the cost of setting the video conferencing equipment is high and the staffs need to be trained properly to use it and also to get used to this technology. For small companies, the equipment setting budget can be too high, whereas, for big companies, it is of no such problem.

In June 2019, Easyrecrue expands its international presence with a new office in Dubai. From this regional hub, Easyrecrue is able to cover Near and the Middle East, from Egypt to Turkey to Saudi Arabia. Florent Sentenac, one of Easyrecrue's first employees, took the lead on this expansion and managing the new office.
The company already has several offices in Europe and the decision to move to the Middle East is a logical step in its business growth strategy. The Emirates market has demonstrated an appetite for innovative solutions and faces high remote recruitment volumes due to a large number of foreigners working in the region (90 to 95% expatriates).
Having an office in the Middle East is a strong symbol. It will allow to strengthen relationships with global customers and continue the company's international expansion, which has been part of the company's DNA since the beginning.
EASYRECRUE and Talentsoft announced their new partnership and integration. Both software companies are combining their respective technologies to better meet their client's needs.
