EverythingBenefits Recent Developments
In April 2020 EverythingBenefits launched a new Collections and Payments solution. The platform’s latest feature is designed to service employees to leverage payroll to pay for their benefits.
Third-Party Administrators and Service Providers including Payroll Service Bureaus and Professional Employer Organizations with clients, who have employees on reduced payroll, will benefit from the service as it enables employees to pay for the necessary services including their portion of benefits contributions and 401k loan repayments. Employees in troubling circumstances or need to take time off to care for family members no longer have to fear to lapse on their policies and other financial obligations.
The Payments and Collections intuitive user experience is built on top of the EverythingBenefits “Benefits Management” suite. It allows employers to easily set up collections accounts so employees can make payments online. In July 2019, EverythingBenefits partnered with PayPlus Software, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Administrative Services Only (ASO) software company. EverythingBenefits is licensing its services to PayPlus which will extend access to these solutions to its PEO licensee ecosystem through the integration.

In October 2019, EverythingBenefits enhanced its product offering by the addition of ACA Compliance and Reporting. The offering calculates and monitors compliance on a monthly basis, as well as handles annual compliance. The ACA Compliance and Reporting offering is available as a standalone product or in conjunction with any of the EverythingBenefits products and services.

In the second half of 2019, In tandem with its business growth, EverythingBenefits has grown its headquarters, recently opening a bigger head office in New Providence, New Jersey.
In February 2019, EverythingBenefits partnered with PrismHR, an HR software platform to provide its COBRA Administration solution via PrismHR's Marketplace.
