In July 2022, Forsta, a global provider of market research and customer experience (CX) technology, announced the launch of its Digital Diaries mobile ethnography app, designed to obtain actionable, qualitative insights at scale. Available on iOS and Android devices, the new mobile app is complementary to Forsta’s existing desktop customer journey and ethnography solution. It is available to users of the Forsta HX (Human Experience) platform, which gathers and analyzes data, and helps insights professionals translate the findings into shareable actions to inform decision-making and drive growth.

In April 2022, Press Ganey, a provider of patient experience measurement, performance analytics and strategic advisory solutions for health care organizations, announced it has completed its acquisition of Forsta, a leading global provider of market research, customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) technology. “Together, Press Ganey and Forsta offer our clients the data connectivity, accelerated analytics, DEI expertise and deeply segmented insights that companies need to deliver frictionless experiences and truly drive transformation,” said Patrick T. Forsta Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In September 2021, Forsta, a Customer Experience and Research Technology company announced Brian Bhuta as Chief Product Officer.
