Lessonly by Seismic Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In August 2021, Seismic has acquired Lessonly. The Fo-founder of Lessonl says the acquisition by San Diego's Seismic is the perfect scenario for the online training software company that launched nine years ago.
