In May 2021, Limeade announced Todd Spartz as the company’s new Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Elizabeth (Liz) Carver as Chief People Officer (CPO). Spartz is responsible for directing Limeade investments focused on driving continued growth and stakeholder value for the company. He will manage financial reporting and planning, investor relations, legal and corporate development efforts. In April 2021, Limeade announced it is expanding the company's industry-leading Well-Being solution by incorporating the company's science-backed inclusion technology. Grounded in research, the Limeade inclusion survey and activities enable leaders to measure and take action on inclusion — further empowering employers to better care for and support the needs of today's workplace.
"In April 2020, in an effort to support the emotional and physical well-being of Washingtonians during the COVID-19 pandemic, the state’s Health Care Authority worked with Limeade, an employee experience software company, to expand free access to its online wellness tools to more than 200,000 Apple Health (Medicaid) clients through 2020.
This is the first time the Limeade Well-Being solution has been made available to Apple Health clients. More than 1.8 million Washington residents are enrolled in Apple Health; HCA and Limeade selected the clients who would be eligible for this free service based on geography and if they have an active email address on file. Eligible individuals are Apple Health clients ages 19 to 64 and pregnant women in King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Spokane counties."

Leadership change can affect company growth. In 2020, Limeade made two new leadership appointments, Larry Colagiovanni as VP of Research & Development and Sam Testa as VP, North American Sales. In his new role, Larry is responsible for leading Limeade research and development teams to ship innovative employee experience software that employees and companies love. He will work closely alongside Chief Technology Officer Erick Rivas, who remains focused on long-term technology architecture, exploring inorganic growth opportunities, and more.
