Reflexis Systems Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators

The Reflexis cloud-based Real-Time Store Operations Platform helps retailers simplify store operations, provide an improved line of sight for field managers, and streamline corporate processes. Reflexis store execution (task management, store auditing, real-time execution), labor operations (workforce management, employee self-service, time and attendance), mobility, and analytics solutions enable retailers to unleash the power of store associates, giving them more opportunities for customer engagement, providing customers with a more consistent brand experience.

Reflexis Systems Recent Developments

In 2020, Reflexis Systems Inc. has released a new Reflexis Tablet Clock that supports facial recognition capability out of the box, eliminating the need to physically touch common surfaces. This touchless system will benefit front-line, essential employees at grocers, convenience stores, pharmacies, hardware stores, hospitals, and others, eliminating a potential point of infection.

In May 2019, Reflexis has released QNotes, an in-app, peer-to-peer communication system embedded within the Reflexis ONE platform. The tool enables retailers to quickly send messages across the organization. QNotes is designed to simplify communication between the corporate office, field managers, store managers, and associates by allowing them to easily contact one another. The solution also can uncover communication trends, such as how many store associates have viewed messages or the percentage of store associates who have responded to messages. Together, the collection of tools within the Reflexis ONE platform helps retailers automate processes such as labor scheduling, simplifies store operations to help drive efficiency and aids companies as they navigate changing labor laws.

In 2017, the Reflexis platform has been selected by retailers generating a total of more than $229 billion, with more than 300,000 employees and running more than 15,000 stores. Reflexis received a minority equity investment from the private equity firm Great Hill Partners. Reflexis exhibited and participated in retail trade shows in the U.S., Brazil, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Sweden, in addition to holding its annual global user group conference.

Reflexis Systems published that they have successfully completed Zebra Technologies’ Validated Program for the MyWork interface. This designation indicates to customers and partners that MyWork was successfully tested – confirming its performance and functionality with select Zebra devices. Reflexis MyWork was also certified on the Zebra Technologies Internet of Things and mobility Savanna platform.
