In 2020, Reflexis Systems Inc. has released a new Reflexis Tablet Clock that supports facial recognition capability out of the box, eliminating the need to physically touch common surfaces. BinDawood Holding will implement three key Reflexis systems across its store operations: Real-Time Task Manager, Q-Audit, and Q-Forms. The introduction of these systems will improve BinDawood Holding’s operational efficiency by enhancing management control and increasing visibility around tasks and reporting.
In April 2019 Reflexis Systems has relocated of its EMEA headquarters to Central 40, Chineham Business Park in Hampshire, to accommodate a 50% increase in staff.
In 2018, Reflexis doubled existing office space in Basingstoke (UK); Dedham, MA; Atlanta, GA; and Pune, India, while opening the Cloud Centre for Excellence in Columbus, OH. Including the German subsidiary, the EMEA staff headcount increased by 96% in 2018 and is on pace for further growth in 2019, as the firm scales to meet customer demand.
The largest areas of growth in the UK include both the sales and professional services functions that directly support new customers and implementations. Overall the EMEA customer base grew by 118% in 2018 and is poised to increase the growth rate further in 2019. The new space features 13,600 square feet of offices, which is triple the size of the previous location. In January 2017, Reflexis and Pricer partnered to integrate the Pricer electronic shelf label system (ESL) and its award-winning automatic product positioning solution with the Reflexis StorePulse real-time store operations platform. The integrated solution, which will be demonstrated at NRF 2017, enables Retailers to increase efficiency in a variety of in-store processes that directly impact the customer experience.
