ThinkHR Recent Developments

In August 2019, ThinkHR published details of Learn 3.0, the third generation release of its learning management system. Learn 3.0 brings together technology, content and subject-matter expertise to help employers engage and develop their employees through online training programs.

ThinkHR Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In July 2019, ThinkHR and Mammoth HR, merged creating the category leader to drive innovation for clients and partners across the country. The merger will enable the combined company to expand its best-in-class product and service offerings, leverage complementary capabilities and expertise, deliver more value to customers through technology, and bring new, cutting-edge solutions to the market.

In October 2019, ThinkHR shared new details about its expanded relationship with Namely, a leading HR platform for mid-sized companies. Namely’s customers will access ThinkHR through platform integration for a seamless user experience.

In May 2019, ThinkHR partnered with PrismHR, to offer its solution to PrismHR’s HRO customers and their SMB clients through the PrismHR Marketplace. Accessible via single sign-on, the addition of ThinkHR drives new business opportunities for HROs and PEOs by improving process efficiencies and freeing resources for relationship management.

In February 2020, as a result of the previous combined entity of ThinkHR and Mammoth, ThinkHR published enhancements to Learn, ThinkHR’s learning management system used for course administration, program management, compliance training, and reporting.

Included with Learn’s premium course packages, Workplace Harassment Prevention and Workplace Safety, the custom course upload feature enables employers to upload their custom content and create a learning experience that is specific to their industry or requirements. Managed, assigned, and chronicled using Learn’s course tools, this new functionality allows for a single repository for all learning.

In September 2019, ThinkHR proclaimed the next generation of its Living Handbook.
