Following the 2016 acquisition of Workplace Systems for its scheduling applications, WorkForce Software has continued to develop new products and platform enhancements, including expanded global readiness with a catalog of more than 160 templates (preconfigured flexible rules and easy-to-implement parameters). This makes it easy for international companies to deploy the WorkForce Suite across all locations. In January 2020, WorkForce Software released a breakthrough user experience in the cloud, available with the company’s integrated WorkForce Suite, comprised of time and attendance, forecasting and scheduling, absence management, and analytics modules. In June 2019, WorkForce Software received a significant equity investment from affiliates of Evergreen Coast Capital Corp. (“Evergreen”), the technology-focused private equity arm of Elliott Management Corporation. WorkForce Software unveiled a new user experience (UX) at its 2019 user conference. The vendor's new Service Level Architecture provides the flexibility to enable multi-tenant suite-wide services. Additionally, expanded data access, also unveiled in 2019, gives customers the ability to connect and correlate their workforce management data with leading BI tools.
