In 2010 Brainlab implemented Serrala FinanceSuite to address AP Automation requirements. The engagement delivered AS IS process analysis and the conception of TO BE processes, using the Hanse Orga Finance Suite as a design reference within a program that included projects for MAERSK, Brainlab, IBM and HILTI.

Operational responsibility was assigned to finance and accounts payable key users, with governance processes that required staged customer sign off on blueprints and test results. The implementation narrative centers on AP Automation process standardization, governance of requirements, and adoption through training and structured testing.
