Scope and Challenges
Sabre had been a longtime SAP HCM on-premise customer. The company had already opted to move to SAP S/4HANA and decided to make a change on the HCM side as well.
Outcome and Implications
In 2016 Sabre partnered with Aasonn, now Rizing HCM, to successfully deploy SuccessFactors as their HCM platform, adding Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment to their existing SuccessFactors Compensation, Learning, and Performance Management systems. The company went live in May of 2017.
