In 2019, Lenzing implemented SAP Order-to-Cash Software as a core element of its ERP Financial landscape. The deployment focused on operationalizing Order-to-Cash capabilities across sales and sales logistics while aligning with existing SAP logistics capabilities.
The implementation included configuration of Order to Cash processes, with explicit emphasis on Sales and Sales Logistics functionality. Implementation work referenced SAP Logistics modules including MM, LE, and PP, and standard order-to-cash workflows such as order management, delivery processing, billing, and inventory interface were central to design and configuration.
Operational coverage extended into Global Supply Chain Management and commercial sales organizations, reflecting the Teamlead Global Supply Chain Mgmt. ownership noted in internal roles. SAP Senior Consultant OTC and SAP Senior Consultant roles provided ongoing configuration, testing, and operational support for the SAP Order-to-Cash Software deployment, embedding process controls and sales logistics orchestration into the ERP Financial environment.
Governance was structured around central SAP application ownership within supply chain and sales functions, with consultant-led configuration governance and role-based control for sales logistics activities. The narrative reflects a focused ERP Financial implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash Software that integrated SAP Logistics module capabilities into Lenzing's global supply chain and sales operations.

| TextileGenesis | Legacy | TextileGenesis Platform | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Lenzing began using the TextileGenesis Platform to establish blockchain-enabled traceability, deploying a Blockchain Platform to digitize fiber provenance and chain-of-custody. The TextileGenesis Platform was adopted to issue cryptographic traceability assets and to create a transparent record for TENCEL and LENZING ECOVERO branded fibers.
The implementation centers on Fibercoin token issuance and digital certificate workflows, enabling tokens to be issued in proportion to physical fiber shipments as a unique authentication mechanism. Functional capabilities implemented include digital token accounting, traceability ledger entries, digitally signed fabric certificates, and an interface for forensic physical verification results, all surfaced through the TextileGenesis Platform.
Integration scope explicitly includes the Lenzing E-Branding fabric certification system, which exposes digitally signed E-Branding certificates alongside blockchain records. The program moved from pilots with brands such as H&M, ArmedAngels, Mara Hoffman and Chicks and supply chain players across 10 countries into a phased global roll-out, with initial onboarding of South Asia partners in Q4 2020, an estimated 300 plus partners in China and Turkey targeted in Q1 2021, and broad onboarding planned by Q2 2021 following the public launch on 5 November 2020.
Governance and operational rollout were structured as phased supplier onboarding and digital certification alignment, enabling brands, retailers and consumers to access end to end supply chain views for targeted branded fibers. The implementation establishes a blockchain-based chain-of-custody intended to prevent adulteration, provide authentication via Fibercoin tokens, and support supply chain transparency and sustainability reporting across Lenzing’s fiber ecosystem.

In 2020, Lenzing deployed Cisco Webex Meetings as a customer-facing conferencing capability on its corporate website. Cisco Webex Meetings serves as the primary Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution referenced on Lenzing's public site, enabling web-initiated sessions for external stakeholders and partners.
The implementation centers on browser-based meeting joins, multi-party video and audio, screen sharing, and scheduled meeting invitations, reflecting standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing functional modules. Configuration work included embedding meeting join flows and public meeting links into web pages to reduce friction for external participants while preserving host controls.
Operational governance is oriented toward centralized IT and communications oversight, with controls for access, meeting moderation, and recording settings to align with corporate policy for external engagements. The embedding of Cisco Webex Meetings on the website positions the application to support customer engagement workflows and partner collaboration directly from Lenzing's web presence.
