Process governance included routing and workflow changes approved by department leaders after frontline testing, and a marketing focused vacation booking suggestion originating from operational users was adopted. Outcomes recorded in internal notes include rapid operator familiarization within two days, high volume reservation processing that placed staff among the top five by reservation count, and formal adoption of a booking strategy by department leadership. |
