Scope and Challenges
In 2015 Cordoba provided comprehensive project and construction management services in support of a nearly $1.5 billion capital program to expand and modernize two college campuses and other district sites. Services include planning, design management, project controls, financial analysis, project management, and construction management.
The company felt the need for a solution that will share information fluidly between the office and the field, improve document management, and drive efficiency across business processes—all of which are critical in managing complex construction projects.
Outcome and Implications
In 2015, Cordoba transitioned its core project management information system to the Oracle Primavera cloud service.
The company provides comprehensive program and construction management services in support of the capital bond program to modernize and renovate two Long Beach City College campuses. Cordoba’s services include planning, cost estimating, project controls, document control, financial analysis, program management, and construction management.
