Vacancy data was ingested from social networks, company web sites and other channels to support recruiters and sales teams, and the platform was sized to handle high transaction volumes, with up to 1,000 transactions per day between recruiters and contact activity in Germany exceeding 5,000 company contacts per day. SAP hosting in Germany was used to support an unlimited number of users without impeding performance, and the rollout targeted zero downtime and high reliability from go live to meet operational requirements. Governance focused on unifying a fragmented software landscape into a single cloud system, strengthening cross-departmental connections from customer outreach through to service setup, and standardizing sales and order fulfillment workflows. Reported outcomes included accelerated time-to-market for publishing vacancies, higher operational efficiency, and increased customer satisfaction.

Governance focused on standardizing requisition approval workflows, defining hiring stages and formalizing onboarding checklists to create repeatable operational procedures. Rollout and process ownership remained with HR and talent acquisition, and the deployment is presented on the careers site as eArcu eRecruitment Evolved to surface a unified applicant experience and structured onboarding intake.
