SCORES Analysis

SD Worx Strengths

CTB sells a range of HR applications for key verticals such as construction.

In April 2015, CTB, parent of Cobra, merged with SD Worx Netherlands to create HR applications vendor under the name SD Worx, which is positioned as full-service provider of HR and payroll solutions to the Dutch and European market. After the merger, the combined company has a turnover of over $12 million, 125 employees and 135,000 wage calculations per month.

With the 2006 acquisition of Cobra Staff Systems, CTB expanded into HR and payroll applications for accountancy, childcare, and catering verticals. It also leverages Microsoft Dynamics CRM to make inroads into the xRM space for companies to manage their ties with different key constituents from employees to reseller partners.
