With almost 4,000 employees SD Worx People Solutions operates in ten different countries: Belgium (HQ), Germany, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mauritius, the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. SD Worx Staffing & Career Solutions was created as a result of the acquisition of the Vio Group in February 2018 and the acquisition of the Flexpoint Group in September 2018. SD Worx launched its new brand for its recruitment and flexible employment activities. SD Worx Staffing Solutions will offer secondment, recruitment and selection, project sourcing, outplacement and career guidance services in Belgium and the Netherlands.
SD Worx Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In May 2020, SD Worx acquired all the shares of GlobePayroll. Founded at the end of 2015, GlobePayroll develops cloud-based technology for HR and payroll. SD Worx increased its stake in the company to over 50% in summer 2019, and now acquired all shares. Through this takeover, SD Worx is aiming to accelerate the development of digital HR and payroll technology for employers in Europe.
In April 2020, SD Worx acquired Adessa Group, a technology consulting firm offering HR software in the cloud and associated services. Earlier in February 2020, it acquired Pointlogic HR, a major supplier of innovative software for reward and management solutions and associated consulting services in the Netherlands and Belgium. Pointlogic HR shall continue to operate independently within SD Worx from its location in Rotterdam (Netherlands), ensuring continuity for its employees and customers.
In June 2018, SD Worx acquired Flexpoint Group. The Flexpoint Group includes a number of companies including Flexpoint, Easymatch Payrolling, Equipe, Trento Engineering, Trace and Redirect. These companies are active in the fields of temporary employment, secondment (temporary transfers of workers), recruitment & selection, career counselling, outplacement, specific payroll for temporary workers and HR consultancy.

Founded in Belgium in 2005, the Adessa Group has 70 employees across five offices in Belgium, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
