 MidWestOne Bank, an Iowa-based community bank with around 140,000 customers across four states, has launched Temenos Digital Onboarding as a SaaS solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Implemented by RCG Global Services, this move enhances customer acquisition and retention through a scalable digital platform. The new onboarding process allows customers to complete applications in just 2 minutes, with nearly two-thirds of new digital account openings occurring on mobile devices. MidWestOne has achieved significant improvements in speed, performance, and customer engagement, with conversion rates well above the industry average.

 New Aim, Australia’s largest private e-commerce technology company, has chosen Google Cloud to streamline its digital infrastructure and enhance access to generative AI for e-commerce businesses. Since migrating to Google Cloud AI Infrastructure, New Aim has reduced IT costs, improved cybersecurity, and increased service uptime from 97% to 99%. This transition also provides unified access to AI and big data capabilities, now central to AirOxy.AI, its insights platform aimed at making generative AI more accessible to e-commerce retailers.

Brisbane Airport Corporation is advancing its $5 billion Future BNE transformation, which includes plans for a third terminal and modernization of existing facilities to enhance travel, create jobs, and prepare for 2032 and beyond. As part of this initiative, the airport has selected Amadeus technology to improve the passenger experience in its domestic and international terminals. This includes moving passenger processing to the cloud with Airport Cloud Use Service (ACUS), supporting over 300 agent-assisted check-in desks and enabling seamless connections for airline partners. The airport will also introduce around 100 new self-service bag drop units and over 260 self-service check-in kiosks, replacing legacy systems. These upgrades aim to reduce queues, allowing passengers to choose between a smooth self-service or agent-led experience, all supported by reliable technology that streamlines check-in and bag drop.
