In the DACH region, Aareon specializes in marketing ERP products tailored for the housing industry and commercial property sector. For the housing industry, key products include Aareon Wodis Yuneo / Aareon Wodis Sigma, immotion®, and Aareon’s SAP® solutions (including Blue Eagle). Aareon also provides Aareon RELion for the commercial property sector and firms managing both commercial and residential portfolios. Complementing these offerings are Aareon Cloud services and the BauSecura insurance management solution.
Internationally, Aareon tailors its ERP products to country-specific needs. In 2022, Aareon AG, through Mary BidCo acquired majority stake amounting to 93% in Swedish Momentum Software Group AB. Aareon Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In October 2021, Aareon made a significant move by acquiring GAP Gesellschaft fur Anwenderprogramme und Organisationsberatung mbH (“GAP-Group”). This strategic acquisition bolsters Aareon Group's market dominance in Germany while expanding its product offerings with the inclusion of the industry-specific ERP software, immotion.
August 2021 saw Aareon's acquisition of wohnungshelden GmbH, further propelling its growth trajectory by integrating a digital housing brokerage solution into its product portfolio in Germany. May 2021 marked the acquisition of Fixflo by Aareon. Fixflo offers a top-tier SaaS solution facilitating seamless communication among property managers, owners, tenants, and contractors for repairs and maintenance management, streamlining business operations. Established in 2012, Fixflo's solution is utilized for managing approximately 1.2 million units across 1,500 customers.
Additionally, in May 2021, Aareon acquired Twinq, a provider of management software for the Dutch shared-ownership property management sector. Twinq's modern web-based customer portals, including the owner portal, collection portal, and contractor portal, alleviate administrative burdens for property management customers.
In December 2021, Aareon expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Arthur Online Ltd, a London-based company offering a SaaS property management solution. Arthur unifies Property Managers, Property Owners, Tenants, and Contractors on a single platform, enhancing efficiency through integrated processes. Launched in 2015, Arthur serves over 1,000 clients managing approximately 90,000 units.
Furthermore, in November 2019, Aareon acquired CalCon, a software and consulting company. This acquisition strengthens Aareon's position as a provider of ERP software and digital solutions for the property industry in Europe, while expanding Aareon Smart World to include solutions for building assessment, requirement determination, and maintenance planning.
In April 2019, Aareon acquired a 19% stake in Dutch property software producer OSRE BV, aiming to integrate OSRE's platform for property sales and rental transactions into Aareon Smart World, fostering joint market development in the Netherlands.

Aareon Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
During the summer of 2023, Aareon completes the acquisition of IESA, marking its expansion into Southern Europe. Earlier the same year, Aareon Netherlands Aareon disclosed on Friday, March 31, its acquisition of the shares of Dutch software company Embrace – The Human Cloud.
In November 2019 Aareon customers, partners, and start-ups can design and develop their own IT solutions using a wide range of web services, including in its new Aareon Smart Platform. The new Aareon Smart Platform will also disrupt the market by enabling Aareon partners to develop and bring their own solutions to the Aareon Smart World, creating an open and richer marketplace for housing and real estate management systems.
