Enable Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators
Rebate programs are becoming ever more complex. They now represent the majority of profit for distributors and retailers, and they are major growth drivers for manufacturers. These outcomes combine with growing recognition that rebates drive behavior far more effectively than traditional pricing and discount mechanisms. It’s no longer optional to adopt a rebate management platform, and Enable is defining the future of the category
Enable Recent Developments
On January 15, 2025, Enable acquired Flintfox, a New Zealand-based provider of trade revenue management software. This strategic acquisition aims to unify rebate and pricing management, offering businesses a solution to optimize trading partner incentives and enhance profitability. This acquisition reflects a broader trend in B2B commerce towards integrating pricing and rebate processes to improve financial outcomes and strengthen trading relationships. By combining their technologies, Enable and Flintfox position themselves to meet the growing demand for end-to-end digitalization in pricing and rebate management. Flintfox was sold by Advent Partners, after four years of investment pushed revenues 160 per cent higher.

Enable Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
Over a five-year period, Enable demonstrated a 40x expansion in business scale. The company raised a total of $291 million in funding, culminating in unicorn status with a valuation of $1.12 billion.
Enable Risks and Challenges
Enable’s value proposition hinges on its ability to unify rebate and pricing strategies across manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. However, these stakeholders often operate on fragmented, legacy systems and have varying levels of digital maturity. Convincing all parties to adopt a new platform—or integrate it meaningfully into their existing workflows—can be time-consuming, costly, and prone to failure.
Enable Ecosystem, Partners, Resellers and SI
Enable has established exclusive partnerships within specific industries. For instance, it is the only officially recommended B2B rebate management solution by the Industry Data Exchange Association (IDEA) for the electrical industry.
In July 2023, Enable partnered with Pricefx, a cloud-native pricing software. The same year, earlier in April, Enable partnered with SPARXiQ’s analytics services.
