Egreement boasts an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of SEK 12.7 million, reflecting a 40% increase in the last 12 months, with a customer base of over 300 and 1,600 users spanning various industries, primarily in Sweden. The transaction values Egreement at 3.5 times ARR on a debt-free basis, and the settlement will be in cash upon closing. Additionally, there is an earn-out element capped at SEK 20 million, contingent on future financial development.

In April 2021, the House of Control Group announced an agreement to acquire Business Analyze AS. This acquisition enhances CFOs' data control through a unified dashboard, integrating House of Control's tools. With nearly 300 customers across industries, Business Analyze generates annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeding NOK 10 million from Business Intelligence solutions.
