Koerber is executing a strategy to consolidate its businesses under a unified brand. In early 2020, it announced plans to streamline its supply chain solutions by integrating various technology providers, including Aberle, HighJump, and Voiteq, under the Koerber umbrella. This move aims to offer customers a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning software, automation, robotics, and consulting, positioning Koerber as a strategic partner in addressing supply chain challenges and technological advancements.

As an addition to this bunch, in September 2019, Koerber acquired an Australian-based firm, Cohesio Group Ltd. The company is an integrator of voice-directed and autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) solutions for logistics.

The initially announced volume of 230 million USD with maturities of four to ten years was significantly oversubscribed by Korber AG decision to double the final volume to 460 million USD. The transaction has been arranged by Helaba and DZ Bank.

Körber AG is getting used to expand its footprint with acquisition. However, putting it all together and making it work as a whole is a challenge.
