Panorama Software Risks and Challenges
Panorama continues to bank on its relationship with Microsoft by extending its BI and EPM offerings featuring Necto to the SQL and SSAS environments. The new priority should be placed on how Panorama works with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform and perhaps leave room for alternative platforms such as Amazon Web Services. CONS: Needs improvement for big data analysis and needs more support for predictive and forecast analysis. Reporting customization features are limited to some extent, which might be a problem for advanced users. Support for connectivity to Netezza is not confirmed by Multilingual Support because it needs enhancement. As Panorama Necto works heavily with Microsoft, its platform is not compatible with Macs. Also, its functionality is not supported by Blackberry devices. Also, it does not support multiple languages or as well as profit and predictive analysis features. Note that Panorama does not offer in-person training or online chat support.
