Sprout Solutions also provides payroll outsourcing through certified professionals and integrated technology. It maintains payroll accuracy with dispute levels below 0.1% via a three-level audit process, allowing businesses to transfer complex payroll tasks to experienced specialists. In April 2023, Sprout Solutions, secured $10.7 million in Series B funding from seven prominent global venture capital firms. The round was led by Cercano Management, with participation from SoftBank Ventures Asia, AFG Partners, GSR Ventures, Integra Partners, ACA Investments, and Mynavi Corporation.
To help bolster its already strong and in-demand payroll outsourcing services, Sprout Solutions acquired Philippine company JustPayroll Inc. in January 2024.

Sprout Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
In July 2023, Sprout Solutions has finalized the acquisition of Aiah AI, a pioneering artificial intelligence (AI) company with offices based in the Philippines and Singapore. Aiah AI, through its technology, automates recurring business processes to increase productivity among companies and divert its focus to more higher-value activities.
Sprout Solutions completed the acquisition of JustPayroll Inc.’s operations, encompassing all clients and employees, as disclosed in January 2024. This transaction incorporates JustPayroll’s payroll and timekeeping services into Sprout’s infrastructure, strengthening human resources solutions for more than 1,700 clients and facilitating a structured transition for customers.
In June 2024, Sprout Solutions announced its expansion to the Thai market as Sprout Solutions Thailand, via the acquisition and rebranding of Thai HR tech developers GainPlus.
