In September 2022, WebPT announced the general release of WebPT Billing, the latest integrated billing solution for rehab therapy organizations supporting more than 2,000 visits per month. When utilized alongside the WebPT EMR, WebPT Billing establishes connections throughout the practice's workflows in ways not achievable with third-party add-ons. This results in improved data accuracy, cleaner claims, and expedited reimbursements for rehab therapy practices. WebPT Billing serves as the software platform employed by WebPT’s revenue cycle management (RCM) organization, the physical therapy (PT) industry’s largest and most comprehensive fully outsourced RCM service. In August 2022, WebPT released of the Keet Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) Dashboard and enhanced integrations with the WebPT and Insight EMRs. For WebPT, the acquisition of StriveHub will enable PTs to deepen relationships with patients and improve their practices' bottom line Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Developed by two physical therapists, StriveHub enables providers to develop automated email campaigns, collect and act upon their Net Promoter Score (NPS), proactively seek online reviews, offer a free online portal to patients, and create a custom treatment and interactive-home exercise programs. Therapists can even prescribe exercise programs for patients in eight different languages.
