Holding authorization from Mexico's National Customs Agency for pre-validation services, Sistemas Casa serves customs brokers working with international freight forwarders like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Mexico-based exporters such as Pemex.

In October 2023, WiseTech Global acquired MatchBox Exchange, operating across Australia, India, Indonesia, Israel, New Zealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The platform connects transport companies, freight forwarders, importers, and exporters, facilitating the matching of available empty containers with those in need. MatchBox Exchange collaborates with major global shipping lines like Maersk, CMA-CGM, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, HMM, and Yang Ming, streamlining landside logistics by reducing turnaround times and costs associated with empty container transportation and storage.

In February 2023, WiseTech Global completed the acquisition of Blume Global, a United States-based company headquartered in the United States. The acquisition, which included buyout from funds managed by Apollo, EQT, and other minority shareholders, significantly bolsters WiseTech's capabilities in one of its six key CargoWise development priority areas: integrating rail into the landside logistics offering in North America, known as the world's most complex and largest logistics region. Additionally, Blume Global brings on board a wealth of talent, a diverse portfolio of valuable product capabilities, and strengthens WiseTech's product development expertise. In January 2023, WiseTech Global acquired Envase Technologies from private investment firm Firmament and other sellers. Headquartered in the United States, Envase provides container movement automation solutions for carriers across import and export haulage operations. With over 1,300 customers in North America, including trucking companies, ports, depots, and warehouses, Envase is projected to generate approximately US$35 million in revenue for 2023, with an EBITDA margin in the low to mid 20% range. The acquisition, funded by 70% cash (US$161 million) and 30% new WiseTech Global shares (equivalent to US$69 million), is expected to be completed in February 2023, with one-off transaction costs of approximately US$10 million covered from existing cash reserves.
