Acturis is a Software as a Service provider to the insurance industry. The Acturis SaaS platform is an administration, distribution and underwriting platform used by insurance brokers and underwriters. It now has over 20,000 users across over 450 sites. In February 2021, Acturis released its tablet-optimized app, available for iOS and Android devices, designed to improve the user experience by taking advantage of native tablet capabilities.
In 2020, Insurance technology provider Acturis partnered with QOMPLX: UNDERWRITING to expand the e-trade offering of its award-winning platform with the launch of the parametric multi-peril insurance product WonderCover™. The Wondercover product, focussed on SMEs and backed by Chaucer, the international specialty (re)insurance group, is now available to brokers via the Acturis platform as a standalone policy or as an additional cover to other lines of business, giving Acturis brokers increased flexibility on what they are able to offer their customers.

Acturis Group Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
Acturis Group, the Software-as-a-Service provider to the insurance industry, has announced another year of good financial results in 2020. Results for the financial year ended 30 September 2020 show revenues of £104.9m, an increase of 17.0% over the previous year.
In July 2019, Acturis acquired Zycomp Systems Limited (Zycomp), broker management system in the Canadian and Caribbean markets. Zycomp is providing solutions to circa 30% of the Canadian insurance broker community.The acquisition comes after Acturis acquired another software provider in Germany, and months later another one in France, making it's offerings available internationally.

Acturis's software offerings are for insurance companies only. Limiting itself to a limited number of customer base can lead to losing to a lot of prospective customers.
