Avature Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators

Avature is a highly flexible enterprise SaaS platform for Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, and the leading global provider of CRM for recruiting. Avature’s vision is to support strategic HR initiatives by introducing a consumer web quality platform that can be customized quickly and easily by their customers - allowing them to design and implement innovative programs to compete for and retain talented people. Their technology focuses on engagement and is designed to enable end-to-end service delivery to stakeholders and to contribute to the digital transformation of the enterprise.

In October 2017, Avature launched its Data Exchange Services module, called Junction. Junction is an enterprise service bus (ESB) that facilitates transferring data in and out of the Avature platform using application programming interfaces (APIs) such as REST and SOAP. Junction lets business analysts and other non-technical users set up and manage endpoints for easy integration with third-party systems. The “pluggable” nature of Junction’s custom endpoints, combined with Avature’s fully extensible data model and configurable workflows, will introduce a new dimension to Avature’s flexibility.

Avature Recent Developments

Avature presented the beta release of its semantic search module. The first version will be tested by a small group of customers beginning in October 2019, and will then be made available to all customers as an add-on to their existing ATS solution in the first quarter of 2019. The module, an important component of Avature’s evolving AI strategy, is primarily designed to improve matching of candidates to jobs by using their resume content to expand candidate search criteria based on semantic correlations.
