Box continues to grow with annual revenue in 2018 expected to be $608-609 million this year fueled by upselling/cross-selling multiple products in Governance, Workflow, Box Platform for custom app development, GxP and more, growing average contract value and 40%+ growth in large deals segment as defined by $100K and over in the latest quarter.


In the large deal segment, over 80% of those deals had multiple products purchased. The number of paying customers has increased to 90,000, up from 69,000 last year, as its subscriber base has risen to 63.5 million. As of October 31, 2018, 19% of our registered users were paying users who registered as part of a larger enterprise or business account.


Box has deepened its partnership and integrations with Google in 2018 following on a similar partnership with Microsoft Azure announced in 2017. Box for G Suite is a seamless new integration that makes it incredibly easy to create, edit, and manage Google Docs, Sheets and Slides directly in Box enabling joint customers to benefit from Box's robust security and compliance posture and ease the management of its information.


In 2018, Box acquired Progressly for strengths in workflow and automations which is reflected in the Box roadmap for expanding on its native capabilities to automate and connect many data sources within users' every day work.


As many of its customers continue to struggle with integrating multiple on-premise content management systems, Box has leapfrogged the competition by delivering a holistic and simple way to manage different content types including both structured and unstructured data, coupled with its relentless focus on capabilities such as search and security, metadata templates, as well as auditing and compliance, all of which can be easily accessible via the Cloud.


In August 2018, Box announced a partnership to integrate ServiceNow to add to its' robust partner ecosystem of 1000+ systems that already integrate with Box including Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Okta, Office 365, GSuite etc.
