In the end of 2020, DocuWare partnered with DocuSign. At a time when more businesses than ever are supporting remote workforces, the integration of DocuSign’s electronic signature technology to DocuWare’s content services portfolio further ensures business continuity and productivity for all teams.

In May 2019, DocuWare unveiled DocuWare 7.1, the latest version of its flagship document management and workflow software. Highlights include improved workflow capabilities, a new Workflow User License, and automatic processing by line item on invoices. In October 2019, DocuWare unveiled version 7.2 of its flagship software. DocuWare Version 7.2 is available in cloud and on-premises versions.

2018 saw the launch of two new programs that accelerated cloud growth. First, DocuWare Cloud Partner program was piloted in Germany, helping the company acquire new partners focused on selling cloud technology exclusively. Right after that, came the roll out of DocuWare Kinetic Solutions, which are cloud-only, reconfiguration solutions for invoice processing and employee management that cut implementation time to just hours and remove layers of onboarding complexity.
