In January 2020, Hansen Technologies signed a Customer Information System (CIS) project agreement with Entelios in Sweden and Finland. After evaluating the available solutions in the market, Entelios selected Hansen’s Customer Care & Billing software for its proven track record, modern software design, and forward-looking capabilities. Entelios is currently partnering with Hansen in the Norwegian and Danish markets and will now extend the relationship to cover all Nordic markets.

In May 2014, Hansen acquired the Customer Suite (Banner CIS), the utility billing and customer care business of Ventyx. The Banner CIS solutions complement Hansenâ€™s existing billing and customer care solutions for the utility market in North America and add a water billing segment to the deep portfolio of existing customers in the gas and electricity markets. Following its acquisition of Peace Software in 2008, Hansen has consolidated its gain in the customer care and billing applications market with highly scalable solutions that can handle millions of transactions.
