Haufe Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators
The Haufe Group stands for management that puts the staff at the center of corporate thinking and behavior. All services and solutions have the objective of enabling the staff to contribute to the greater success of the company with their knowledge and capabilities. The Umantis Talent Management software, allows employees to play an active part in shaping their development in the company. This web-based solution maps all processes associated with the life-cycle of a staff member - from recruitment through performance management and personnel development, and all the way through to succession planning and onboarding. Umantis supports hierarchically organized companies and at the same time allows autonomous behavior by teams and staff. With this bottom-up approach, Haufe is one of the few suppliers in the market for talent management software that promotes both the efficiency and excellence of organizations as well as new, agile corporate structures. Based on this realization, Haufe has developed a model to improve the understanding of organizations and their challenges - and to develop corresponding solutions: The 'Haufe Quadrant' which depicts the interaction between the two decisive parameters of any company - the people and the organizational structure. In the future, companies will need a sustainable “operating system” with several organizational models that are adequate for all staff needs and all organizational designs.
