Hyland Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators
Hyland, established in 1991, is a content services provider that enables thousands of organizations to focus on what they do best and deliver better experiences to the people they serve. Hyland sells to key vertical markets and has employees that understand the markets they serve. Examples of its vertical applications include medical records classification, transcript capture, and transfer course evaluation, and board and committee agenda management, as well as accounts payable and contract management. For healthcare, they also have a full suite of enterprise imaging products. Hyland offers a broad set of content services capabilities that help manage the content lifecycle from intake to output. Intelligent capture, case management, collaboration, customer communication management, process automation, reporting, search, and records management are all offered by Hyland. Working with one vendor for the majority of an organization's content services needs helps with IT sprawl. Hyland leverages the Hyland Cloud to deliver cloud-based content services solutions to more than 1,200 global customers. Currently, The Hyland Cloud offers a highly available and N+1 redundant global footprint of 13 co-located data centers and multiple AWS regional instances.
