In July 2021, Ivalua announced an extension of its Procure-to-Pay solution with a new Inventory Collaboration capability. The solution streamlines and automates the management of inventory levels, the stock replenishment process and collaboration with suppliers for Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), addressing both indirect spend and direct materials needs. Ivalua’s fully integrated Inventory Collaboration solution helps customers streamline and optimize inventory levels in sync with the broader procure-to-pay process. Procurement and other business users will be empowered to make more informed buying and planning decisions.

In July 2020, Ivalua achieved FedRAMP Ready status for moderate impact certification and is listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace. FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services.

In June 2020, Ivalua launched a pre-packaged suite of solutions for financial services. The new packages span the full source-to-pay process and enable financial services customers to become more agile with regulatory compliance and accelerate cost optimization to deliver further value to the business. The package is on the same, single code base as Ivalua’s full suite and offers the full capabilities and extensibility of the Ivalua platform. Customers can effectively manage all spend and all suppliers within a single platform, or select modules to target specific processes. Financial Services customers can now quickly deploy best practices tailored to their industry to deliver rapid value, while maintaining the agility to adapt to a rapidly evolving regulatory environment or to enable unique processes to build a competitive advantage. The previous year, Ivalua also launched new solutions for Manufacturing, Healthcare and Government industries.

In November 2019, Ivalua, and its key consulting partner Kronos Group have joined forces to successfully deliver Purchase2Pay & Contract Management at H.Essers, a major logistics service provider. The project has streamlined processes from purchase to payment at an international level. The successful cooperation between Ivalua and Kronos Group has provided H.Essers with a highly efficient and complete system for all of its purchase, payment and contract management activities.

In April 2019, Ivalua launched next-generation e-procurement capabilities at its Ivalua NOW event. Search360 allows users to search seamlessly across hosted and external catalogs, view results in real-time, compare items side-by-side and checkout for approval, all within Ivalua's e-procurement solution. Search360 offers significant value beyond similar competitive offerings. The user experience is optimized for search and content, eliminating the hassle of punch-outs. Users have access to more product choices while still complying with company policies. Product information, pricing, and availability are real-time as suppliers are engaged in the process by linking their sites to Ivalua. Furthermore, in 2019, Ivalua unveiled the availability of a quick deployment package for Procure-to-Pay (P2P). The new package allows customers to fully deploy Ivalua's best-of-breed P2P solution in 8-12 weeks.

In November 2017, Ivalua has entered into a partnership with KValue, an Italian management consulting company who is the reference in Italy for a small and medium-sized company. KValue is the first reseller in Italy who are expecting to maximize the value of Ivalua implementation and to support change management.

Ivalua Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions

In October 2021, Ivalua partnered with TransferMate. This strategic relationship strengthens the payments capabilities released by Ivalua earlier in the year, ensuring a seamless source-to-pay journey for customers and enabling frictionless international payments for all suppliers, regardless of where they are located. Ivalua Payments enable much-needed collaboration, automation, transparency, and speed to an often inefficient and costly process. By bringing Procurement and Finance together, customers will be able to trade goods and services at the best price and guarantee on-time (or early) payment in a secure, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Not only does this improve supplier liquidity and support their financial health, but it also strengthens the relationship to create robust links in the global supply chain.

In May 2019, Ivalua opened an office in Sydney, Australia to support its rapid growth and increased presence in the Asia Pacific region. With this new office, Ivalua now has 15 office locations, giving the company a physical presence on all major continents. The new office is led by Eric Wimphen, who recently joined Ivalua as Head of Australia and New Zealand.

In May 2019, Ivalua unveiled that it has raised $60 million in growth equity funding to further accelerate its rapid growth. This capital raise values the company at a unicorn level of more than $1 billion.
