Ivanti Strengths, Domain Expertise, and Key Differentiators
In January 2017, LANDESK and HEAT Software combined to form Ivanti. Previously, LANDESK had acquired such companies as Wavelink, Shavlik, and most recently, AppSense. HEAT had been created by combining FrontRange and Lumension. Since Ivanti was formed, we’ve also brought RES on board.
Ivanti Recent Developments
Since August 2020, Ivanti Neurons Platform integrates with the Splunk Security Operations Suite. Together, the solution enables organizations to realize an autonomous edge, which offers hyper-automated self-healing, self-securing and self-service capabilities.
In summer of 2020, Ivanti launched enhanced capabilities for the Ivanti Enterprise Service Management portfolio, which includes service management, asset management and automation solutions. The new releases give service desks greater visibility, in real time, to actionable information across their device estate to improve the accuracy, speed and efficiency of services delivered. This leads to better outcomes and can resolve up to 80% of issues before users report them through the use of automation bots.
Additionally, Ivanti Supply Chain Suite was enhanced with new Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) capabilities to the Ivanti Avalanche Enterprise Enabler, powered by Ivanti Wavelink. The newly updated solution enables supply chain organizations to quickly provision hundreds of fully managed Android devices leveraging a Near-Field Communications (NFC) bump or QR code deployment.
In April 2019, Ivanti has established an agreement with Tritanium, a consortium of resellers and professional services partners in Southeast Asia, in support of cross-border design, implementation, services and training for Ivanti products.
Ivanti Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities
Ivanti acquired Concorde Solutions, a UK based Software Asset Management company. This acquisition extends the company's IT Asset Management (ITAM) offerings, providing customers with additional insights and control to help organizations model and improve their effective software license position.

Ivanti Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In August 2020, TA Associates made a strategic growth investment in Ivanti. TA joined existing investor Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (together with its affiliates, “Clearlake”) as institutional shareholders in Ivanti. The funding will provide additional capital that will enable Ivanti to increase its investment in innovation, accelerate its global growth and continue its acquisition strategy. The company will continue to be led by CEO Jim Schaper and the current management team.

In 2020, Ivanti and Intel entered into strategic partnership to offer Self‑Healing of Endpoints for Remote Workers with Ivanti Neurons and the Intel vPro Platform.
In August 2018, Ivanti had an integration with Zapier, the productivity tool that seamlessly connects and automates 1,000+ apps to help everyone increase productivity at work.
