In July 2021, JAGGAER has launched Release 21.2 of its source-to-settle platform, with a raft of new and enhanced features to automate and optimize common procurement tasks while providing additional visibility and insight to manage risk and improve collaboration between buyers and suppliers.

In October 2019, Discover and JAGGAER unveiled a new procure-to-pay solution leveraging spend management capabilities from the JAGGAER One platform and the trusted global infrastructure and settlement capabilities from the Discover Global Network. Discover worked with JAGGAER to bring virtual card numbers as a solution in early 2020 followed by other payment method options later in 2020.

Jaggaer Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Activities

In April 2019, Accel-KKR has completed a transaction under which Cinven has become the controlling shareholder of JAGGAER. Accel-KKR has retained a minority stake in JAGGAER.
