Listrak Market Opportunities, M&A and Geo Expansions
In May 2020, Listrak launched Growth Xcelerator Platform (GXP). GXP integrates identity resolution capabilities within Listrak’s suite of cross-channel marketing tools to deeply personalize customer interactions. Marketers can leverage GXP to respond to customer signals in order to drive stronger engagement and produce dramatically higher levels of revenue.
In October 2017, Listrak has teamed up with Syniverse to expand the suite of mobile marketing services. Listrak offers retailers and other brands across the U.S. The collaboration will enable Listrak to integrate messaging services as part of its cross-channel offerings that include mobile engagement, email and social media marketing, and web display advertising.
Listrak CEO, Ross Kramer said, "It's vital to take advantage of multiple mobile channels to engage consumers in different ways. The agreement with Syniverse will allow retailers to build stronger relationships with consumers through a variety of messaging use cases, like location-based marketing offers, contest competitions, and reward program notifications, as well as billing and shipping updates.”

In April 2018, Listrak formed a strategic partnership with Persado, a provider of AI-generated marketing language, to help brands generate the exact language that will resonate most with their audience and drive business results. The collaboration will integrate Persado’s Pro Email AI-content generation platform with Listrak’s CRM digital marketing automation platform, enabling Listrak clients to generate subject line content best predicted to boost performance, and then review and deploy those subject lines directly within Listrak with only a few clicks.
In the first half of 2017, Listrak opened its new corporate headquarters. The building currently accommodates approximately 300 employees and has a capacity for up to 600. Listrak has a partnership with Salesforce, Magento, KIBO, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Workarea, IBM, Aptos and other vendors for integration on their e-commerce platforms. Listrak also has a partnership with e-commerce Partners, FulcrumTech and SellUP for the implementation of its CRM platform.
